Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs:

At Red Hook Textiles, we are working to build the best products: high quality, durable, and beautiful. It's really important to us that you love your Red Hook Textiles bag. If you don't for any reason, check below for how to return it to us for a refund, exchange, or repair.

If you don't see your situation below, please get in touch at hello@redhooktextiles.com, and we'll do our best to make things right.

Repairs: Anytime

We are proud to make bags that combine premium feel with workhorse durability. But we know that wear-and-tear will do their thing. Here's our repair policy:

1. If the print section of your strap is showing wear within 2 years of your purchase, let us know. If it's the first time, we'll repair that section to a new standard. On us, no questions asked.
2. If your bag is damaged due to wear-and-tear in any other circumstance, let us know. We'll repair it at a reasonable charge.

To initiate your repair, send us an email at hello@redhooktextiles.com, and we'll get things rolling.

Exchanges: 60 days

If you would like to exchange your Red Hook Textiles bag, let us know within 60 days, and we'll make it happen. We accept exchanges for different styles and in cases of bags with damage due to our error. If you have another reason for exchange, please get in touch, and we'll do what we can to accommodate you.

Please note, exchanges only apply for Red Hook Textiles bags that are in original condition.

Returns and Refunds: 30 days

If you want to return your order for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, let us know, and we'll give you a full refund for the original purchase price (not including any shipping charges, sorry!).

Please note, this only applies for Red Hook Textiles bags that are in original condition. If your bag is damaged for reasons not due to our error, we cannot accept a return for refund.

To initiate your return, send us an email at hello@redhooktextiles.com, and we'll get things rolling. We'll issue your refund as soon as we receive your bag and inspect it. Please note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

For any repair, exchange, or return, we'll send you a return shipping label (this shipping is on us!).
